update on Matt

Matt is doing good. He is in pain now. It hurts to stand on it. So he is stuck in bed for a few days. He has been keeping busy. He watches TV and plays PlayStation and spends time with Allyson.

I went to the doctors for a follow-up. I am going to physical therapy in the near future. He thinks it will be a chronic. I'm going so I can strengthen my back and learn to lift things the right way, plus if I am going to have more children, I am going to be busy lifting them and the necessary things moms do and plus me being shorter and have to work harder than everyone else.
